Course purchases and payment data
Course purchases are processed through WooCommerce and our payment gateway, Razorpay. When you make a payment, your payment details (card, UPI, netbanking, or wallet information) are collected and processed directly by Razorpay under its own privacy policy and security standards (including PCI-DSS compliance) — we do not store your full card or payment credentials on our servers. We retain order records (items purchased, amount, order date, and billing details you provide) for accounting, support, and legal purposes.
Course and learning activity data
Through our learning management system (Tutor LMS), we track course enrollment, lesson progress, quiz attempts, and certificates so we can provide your dashboard, course access, and progress tracking.
Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site, we collect the data shown in the comments form, plus the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help with spam detection. An anonymized string created from your email address (a hash) may be shared with the Gravatar service to check if you use it; the Gravatar privacy policy is available at https://automattic.com/privacy/. After a comment is approved, your profile picture is visible publicly alongside your comment.
